Warranties

All new products are covered under the manufacturer warranty and will be stated in the product description, where applicable.

Return / Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days (7) of your receipt of the goods, we will give a full refund (excluding shipping and restocking fee, where applicable). All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing. Some software downloads or applications may not be covered under the return/ refund policy.

We reserve the right to reject returned items in less than satisfactory condition and those that have been damaged due to improperly packaged shipments. It is advised that all returned items be insured with the appropriate shipping sources.

Returned items must have a RMA number. Items shipped back to us without an RMA number will not be accepted. Please fill in a tech support ticket at http://www.kazionetworks.com/supportticket and wait for an RMA number before shipping it back to us.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item.

Prices

Goods are charged at the price shown on the product pages and at the date/time the customer places the order. Taxes will be charged if ordering within Pennsylvania.
