• Media verification and checks
About 70% of network trouble and unplanned downtime is media related. If you have an incorrectly installed industrial network, even the best software and network equipment would not be able to function properly. Your media and physical infrastructure is essentially your network heart and soul. At Kazio Networks we verify your network according to industrial standards and best practices. Example areas we verify include (but are not limited to) network topologies, cable and/or wiring, grounding and components.
• Cable Certifications
Certifying your cables allow you to ensure that an installation meets performance criteria in a given category or class. The copper and fiber cables of your Industrial Network infrastructure can be certified by Kazio Networks in accordance to ANSI/TIA/EIA (which defines Cat3, Cat5e, Cat6) and the ISO (Class C, D, E, and F). Parameters tested for TIA/ISO cable certifications include Wiremap, Propagation Delay, Delay Skew, Cable Lengths, IL, RL, NEXT, PSNEXT, PSELFEXT, ACT, PSACR and Resistance.
• On-site and Periodic Maintenance
Kazio Networks can schedule periodic maintenance of your industrial system to ensure that requirements and standards are met. Scheduled periodic maintenance can improve the overall operation of your network, improve system productivity and increase output. It is particularly useful in identifying problem areas, and troubleshooting intermittent or random problems.
