10 Commandments of Industrial Ethernet

Industrial Ethernet is a network type that is increasingly being used within the factory floor. With many flavors of Industrial Ethernet and the intricacies of its infrastructure, there needs to be a systematic approach to how you design and optimize it on the plant floor.
I attach the slides of which was presented at the October ISA Lehigh Valley Chapter meeting. It is by no means a detailed or full list. However, the presentation may help point you towards the right direction in terms of areas to think about before implementing an Industrial Ethernet project/ upgrade.
